Help with filing, copy and fold brochures, assist with mailings when needed, organize materials, date stamp panel comment forms, etc. The preferred time for this assistance is on Wednesday mornings or afternoons - whichever is best for the volunteer. It would be helpful for this to be the same time on a weekly basis. There will be times when groups of volunteers will be invited to assist with large mailings for the newsletter, special event invitations, special mailings, etc. A schedule is always mailed out for this and persons are asked to respond to the time of day that is most convenient for them. We usually request 2-hour blocks of time. If this occurs over lunch hour, the agency provides a light lunch. |
