The "hotline" is a local number answered during office hours by agency staff. The "helpline" makes it possible for our services to be requested from anywhere in Kansas without cost to the caller. Both of these lines are forwarded to a volunteer/staff residence in the evenings, weekends, and holidays. This makes it possible for our agency to respond anytime we are needed.
