In honor of Shelley Lynn Kiser, a $500 scholarship will be awarded to a future Kansas educator in his/her senior year for payment of tuition and/or books. Candidates must:
- be enrolled in a teacher education program in any Kansas university or college
- be entering senior year of study
- have a B average
- have demonstrated leadership in the prevention of drunk or drugged driving or substance abuse
